Everything You Need

During your stay you will have 6 days

of 2 hour surf lessons, led by the best coaches in El Palmar, including video analysis and photos. Before you get started on the waves, we will have a wave watching session

with a meditation.

Besides the fun on the waves you will have 6 morning sessions in yoga, surfing technique and strength training.

As well as 6 evening coaching sessions in reflection, peer coaching, visualisation practices and daily experiment planning, yoga and stretching.

When the weather conditions don’t allow surfing you will have a surf skateboard lesson to train

for the waves.

Journaling exercises will deepen your learnings from the surf week and you can integrate them into your life with experiments, visualisations and reflections.
