My journey began in medicine, where I spent seven years challenging the belief that healing can be measured in prescriptions. This belief led me to leave western medicine, explore energy and spirit, eventually immersing myself in Tibetan Buddhist meditation and becoming a Reiki Master. Photography became my outer journey, capturing the essence of human existence across four continents. What once felt like scattered puzzle pieces—medicine, meditation, Reiki, and photography—revealed themselves as interconnected steps on my lifelong pursuit to understand what it means to be human. Surfing, which entered my life unexpectedly, became a teacher, revealing lessons in surrender, resilience, self-discovery and healing. Today, as a Certified Life Coach, I help others navigate their own unique journeys of healing, connection, and growth.

Jana is a yogini, traveler, and Ayurvedic practitioner based in Andalusia since 2001. She teaches yoga and offers Ayurvedic consultations, cherishing the simplicity of life, the ocean's scent, and the Atlantic's vastness. In 2006, she trained as a yoga teacher in Vrindavan, India, where she discovered Ayurveda's beauty and logic. Her classes aim to provide
a space for reconnecting with one's essence through asanas, pranayamas, and relaxation. With extensive experience in yoga, Ayurveda, and Tantra, Jana leads sessions with calmness, empathy, fostering growth, connection,
and joy in movement and relaxation. Jana teaches on our location in El Palmar.
